Refund Policy

All payments for services made through Wix are final and non-refundable.

Because time and resources are allocated immediately:

• No refunds are issued for completed or ongoing services

• No refunds for missed consultations

• No refunds once payment is submitted through Wix

• If project content is not provided by the client, work will be completed with available information

In rare cases where 4EternityDesigns is unable to complete a project due to designer circumstances, a credit or resolution may be offered at our discretion.
